About
A systems firm, not an AI agency.
Based in Bengaluru, part of N&G Ventures, working in partnership with Bcon Club. Small on purpose: the work only holds up if the people who scoped it are the people who run it.
Indian businesses have been sold AI three times already, and mostly received a demo.
There are several hundred firms in this city selling “AI transformation”. Almost all of them sell a build: a chatbot, a content pipeline, a dashboard. A build is a one-time transaction, and its price falls every quarter as the tools get better. That is a fight without a winner, and it is not the one we are in.
The difficulty with an AI system is not making it work in a demo. It is making it keep working in month seven, when the data has drifted, the odd cases have arrived, the model underneath has changed, and someone has quietly switched a supplier format. Almost nobody in this market is set up to be there in month seven.
So we structured the firm around that instead. A paid diagnostic, so the thinking is taken seriously. A fixed-scope build with acceptance criteria. Then an operating retainer with a named owner, a monthly review, and a measurement against the baseline we recorded before anything launched.
It is a slower business to build than an agency. It is also the only version of this work we would put our own name against.
